Rights of Users Residing in Turkey (Under KVKK)

If you reside within the borders of the Republic of Turkey, you have the following rights before the Data Controller, ProManage Smart Manufacturing Solutions Inc., pursuant to Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”):

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed,

  • To request the rectification of your personal data in case they are processed incompletely or incorrectly,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK legislation,
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

Rights of European Economic Area (EEA) Residents (Under GDPR)

If you are a resident in the European Economic Area, you have the right to (i) request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) request rectification or erasure; (iii) restrict the processing of your personal information; and (iv) if applicable, to data portability. You retain the right to lodge a complaint with the applicable supervisory authority.

Rights of California Residents (Under CCPA)

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, our users who are California residents have the right to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information.

9. DATA BREACH AND DO-NOT-TRACK CONTROLS

In the event we become aware of a security breach resulting in unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, we will promptly investigate the matter and notify the applicable Supervisory Authorities and you within the legal timeframes prescribed by regulations (e.g., 72 hours for GDPR and KVKK) in cases involving risk. Because no uniform technology standard for recognizing “Do-Not-Track” (DNT) signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
